A Note From the Blogger

When my English teacher announced to the class that we had to create blogs, which would be a part of our oral grades, I really hated the idea. First of all I really didn't like the idea of 'blogs'; people posting really random stuff never attracted me. Second, I knew that I would never bother to update it, but since it was my English grade she was talking about, I had to. The second thing was to find a topic for the blog. I needed a topic I was interested in; if I was going to do something that I really didn't want to, then I at least needed a topic that would make this project suck less. I decided on posting random stuff on fashion; because I really love fashion and I knew that there would always be new stuff to talk about, so I would never run out of ideas when posting new things every week. Once everything was ready I started posting the things I've written. Everything was going well, I was posting new things every week, until we had the Christmas break. You know how Christmas breaks are, nobody seems to care about anything when you have a holiday that includes Christmas and the New Year's Day. After the break Mrs Feitosa told us she'll be checking the number of posts and the tasks about polls; that's when I realized I was missing 4 posts. I freaked out when I realized that I have to write 4 post in one night in order to get full credit. I spent nearly 2 hours choosing the topic, writing, doing the fancy color work and checking the grammar of 4 long posts. Luckily I was done by the next day, but that teached me a lesson; I should do things on the day I should. From that day on, I swear to God, I've been writing my artickles every Sunday night; and eventhough it's kind of emberassing to admit, I really liked posting stuff about fashion. I mean I love fashion, and commenting plus advising about it is absolutely g-r-e-a-t. Hope you're enjoying it as much as myself. -SK
